How your home shows is how buyers see themselves in it. They have a hard time seeing past dirt, clutter, leaks and stains. Luckily, you can dramatically improve how your home shows with just a few easy steps:

CLEAN: Inside and out. It matters...a lot.

DE-CLUTTER - Give it away, throw it away or store it away, but get it out of the way.

REPAIR - Replace broken light bulbs, ensure smoke detectors are in working order, touch up paint, and repair leaky faucets. Fix anything you can.

DE-PERSONALIZE - Store away family photos, personalized decor, toys and pet items.

PETS - If possible, remove pets from the home for showings.

LIGHT - Let the light in. Open blinds and ensure the windows are clean.

CLEAN AGAIN. Yes. It’s that important!
